SATELLITE MEDICAL FACILITY

This is a proposed new construction of 15,000 square feet near Southampton Village.

The two-story structure consists of two 2-story masses connected by a Glass Cylinder.

​

The Cylinder includes the Main Entrance and vertical circulation.
Each wing has two stories of space from medical offices.
The Exterior will reflect the old and have some characteristics of the Long Island Farming industry, but with a modern skin that makes a statement about the transition and marriage of old and new.

The Building is expected to be l Certified and is in currently being reviewed by the Southampton Town Planning Department Richard F. Stott, AIA, LEED AP
