This project includes a substantial addition, renovation, and conversion of a beautiful art deco movie house to a performing arts theatre. Located in downtown Riverhead, this project leads

the way in revitalizing a town that is fast becoming an East End destination. Preserving many of the historic architectural details while expanding the theatre’s functions and technology is an exciting challenge. Stott Architecture helped the Suffolk Theater become the first Cabaret Style EntertainmentCenter on Long Island.
