The design incorporates a photo montage, a compilation of photos chronologically arranged from 1909 to 2009. In 2014,

the hospital renovated its operating rooms and added a new hallway connection, which required the exhibit to be relocated. By popular demand, the exhibit was re-installed, adding more imagery for the years from 2009 to 2015.
